We had Nikos Tacos cater our birthday party and they were absolutely amazing! Although they were short staffed and couldn’t be present for the event, they promised to make all the food still. The communication was good. The food was ready on time and still hot. It was delicious, fresh, and a huge hit with everyone. We ordered street tacos and they provided everything we needed—and even more than we expected. Highly recommend them for any gathering or celebration!

The Zip Tacos are packed with tender, well-seasoned steak that’s grilled to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and never dry. The balance of textures is just right, from the char on the meat to the softness of the tortilla. Whether you're a taco traditionalist or just someone who appreciates great food, these are worth the trip. How many to order? That depends on how hungry you are. For a light lunch, 2 tacos should hit the spot, but if you're really hungry or just can’t get enough, go for 3 or even 4. They're generously filled and satisfying, without feeling too heavy. The beans are another highlight—honestly, 9/10. Some of the best I’ve had anywhere. They’re creamy, rich, and packed with flavor, clearly made with care. The rice, while not quite as memorable, is still solid at 7/10. It’s well-seasoned and makes a nice pairing on the plate. One thing that really elevates the experience at Nikos Tacos is the hospitality. Niko, the owner, is super nice and genuinely friendly. He takes the time to greet customers, answer questions, and make you feel welcome. The food was amazing! The service was kind. I got the beef tacos, my husband got the burrito. The steak was amazing and juicy. The salsa verde was so delectable with it. Their horchata drink was perfect 10/10. For the price, you get a nice time and a happy, full belly.

Enjoyed this new addition to Roseville. It's an unassuming location, but those are almost always the best taquerias. The zip tacos are excellent, but a full body experience--so grab some napkins. I'd reccomend them. We also tried all four street tacos, steak fries, a shrimp mix burrito bowl, and piña drink.

My first time there, so I only had some delicious tacos, but will definitely be back again and again. The dining area is comfortable, with contemporary piano music playing softly in the background. It was unusual but really added to the relaxed atmosphere. They could have old wooden tables & benches for us to use and I’ll still be there for the food. I look forward to trying all the other good-looking stuff on the menu!
